Scope Of Work
This project consists of a 5,200-seat, outdoor stadium as well as a 1,200-seat, indoor basketball arena. The stadium includes two press box levels dedicated to press and media use as well as a full VIP level for the University's president and guests. There are also food and beverage sales, souvenirs sales and individual locker rooms for each outdoor team on campus, all located on the concourse level. The indoor arena is complimented by a full practice gymnasium, consisting of a 10,000 SF sports training facility including indoor team locker rooms and a new Hall of Fame showcasing the athletic success of over a century.
This project is the recipient of the Zurich Safety Excellence Award for dedication to safety excellence and achieving zero lost time accidents. Also, this project received LEED® Gold certification.
