Scope Of Work
65,000 SF clinical research unit to be used for Phase 1 clinical trials, including screening, interviewing, examination areas and short/long-term living facilities for clinical trial volunteers. Specialized areas of the building included research laboratories, a data center and a pharmacy. This project received LEED® Silver certification, as well as Three Globes certification from the Green Globes. Additionally, it received the following awards:
• 2006 Award of Merit in New Construction, CBC Project Team Awards.
• Winner, Category 2006 Connecticut Real Estate Awards.
• Award of Merit, Research Category, NY Construction News.
