Scope Of Work

This six-story apartment building includes 36 apartments with seven spacious new light-filled floor plans featuring high ceilings, hardwood floors and fully equipped high-end kitchens. Residents will be able to enjoy airy screened-porches with views of WCBR’s Nature Preserve and Carter’s Mountain, home to Monticello. A secure two level underground parking structure with 76 spaces will also be available. The new wing is connected to the existing apartments in a parking area on the east side of the campus. The two-level, 16,000 SF fitness center will expand wellness and fitness programs with the addition of a new indoor pool, increased space for cardio and strength training, an indoor walking track overlooking the pool, an internet café and outdoor patios and terraces.
