Scope Of Work
This new 100,000 SF, 120-bed rehabilitation center is located at an existing long term care facility. This is the first of a three-part expansion and renovation, a 37-acre campus in suburban West Palm Beach offering a range of services for seniors. The project involved the construction of a 3-story building with a 5,000 SF rehabilitation therapy gym center on the 1st floor, six housing groups with private rooms, as well as a library and computer rooms.
