Scope Of Work
Featuring extensive landscaping, a pond, and the preservation of existing old-growth trees, this new, 107,780 SF building will facilitate the future redevelopment of the entire LPC community. The 60-unit facility offers residents options ranging from one-bedroom/one-bath to two-bedroom/two-and-a-half bath, as well as the ability to customize their units. A structural steel connector bridge links the building to the existing facility.
