Scope Of Work
This design/build project included abatement and demolition of an existing landmark residence hall building, re-development of a total of eight acres including new site infrastructure and construction of two new residence hall buildings totaling 700 beds. A new 1,000 SF chapel was built with a copper roof and architectural stain glass. Also built, was a new 784-space precast parking facility with three access towers, one with two elevators. Finishes included brick veneer, matching brick used on the rest of the campus, architectural precast, storefront and full landscaping.
