Arrowhead Medical Center
This project entailed design/build services for a 68,000 SF, three-story medical office building. The building included an OSHPD level three dialysis center, primary care exam rooms, cardiovascular rehabilitation suites, general offices, conference rooms, a computer training room, break rooms and an auditorium. BIM was utilized for the coordination of all architectural, structural and MEP systems. This project received LEED Silver certification.
