Scope Of Work
Design-build project by Parrish Construction. The scope of this project was to renovate an existing 5,492 square foot space located at 2810 Meredyth Dr. Albany, GA next to the Albany Hospital and create a Medical Clinic and an Ambulatory Surgery Center including a Class B procedure room with appropriate filtration and humidity controls. The project had to be completed in two months. The entire renovation was completed in seven weeks allowing for Doctor and medical staff to move in on time.
