Scope Of Work
This project includes the renovations of three facilities totalling 32,542 square feet. The Diagnostic Imaging, EduCare, and Family Medicine Residency spaces were, and currently are being created by completely removing the interior of the facility and coming back with a brand new layout. Substantial finishes, special medical equipment, as well as full systems upgrades are part of this project. It was phased into three sections to allow for the hospital to relocate staff and equipment as soon as one portion of the build-out is complete. The total construction cost for this project is $11,300,000.
