Scope Of Work

The ROC consist of 4 buildings with a total of 35,000 sf, they are located on a 15 acres site located in Reynolds Georgia a mile down the road from their existing operation center. The four buildings are: E&O Building (Engineering & Operations) that consist of several offices, Easement Coordinator office & Easement Records room, Training room, Linemen offices & Line Supervisors offices, two conference rooms and storage rooms. Utility Truck Parking that consist of 22,000 sf of covered parking, a truck wash bay and storage rooms. Automotive Building that consist of offices, tools room, IT room, the garage area with an overhead crane that spans the entire length of the garage, a paint booth with paint mixing room and underground exhaust system, car lifts and a water, air and oil distribution system throughout the garage, vehicle fumes ventilation system. The Warehouse has a few offices, tool room and storage rooms and covered shed the length and the width of the building with loading docks and dock levelers.
