Scope Of Work
Located just north of Milledgeville on Lake Sinclair, this approximately 40,000 square foot worship facility is phase one of a two phase building plan. This phase I facility includes a 450 seat worship hall, fellowship hall, full size commercial kitchen, classrooms, and an administration area. Extensive architectural finishes including stained glass and upgraded wood trim can be found throughout this Grande Traditional styled building. Due to its close proximity to Lake Sinclair, environmental concerns played a large part in the pre-construction and construction stages as regulated by the EPA.
