Scope Of Work
Elbert County Schools selected Parrish as their 5-year Construction Manager. This project included existing classroom renovations and improvements, as well as a new roof. Additionally, a new multi-purpose building was added at the front of the school and a new field house was constructed at the far end of the practice football field. Finally, a 3,000 SF addition was constructed along with a comprehensive renovation of the existing administrative area, including a new fire alarm system and a new entrance canopy to provide Elbert County High School with a fresh entrance and front elevation.
