Scope Of Work

The Mission

General Dynamics Armament and Technology Products (GD|ATP) needed to move their headquarters and a manufacturing facility, which were in multiple locations, to North Carolina. The project included re-positioning two facilities in Vermont and closing one in Florida. 

The Solution

We programmed, designed and fully reconfigured an existing building in Charlotte to accommodate GD|ATP’s administrative headquarters group, which was relocating from Burlington. To meet GD|ATP’s capitalization strategy, we re-positioned two of its under-utilized buildings in Burlington, by purchasing and leasing back space to the company. In North Carolina, we transformed an existing warehouse into a sophisticated engineering and technology center for manufacturing composites. This facility accommodated operations that were relocated from the Florida location.
