Scope Of Work
Provide General Contracting services for 2,200 SF Tenant Improvements on existing payment office. This project consisted of full demolition of all existing interior finishes, minor asbestos abatement and returning the space to shell condition. Also included were ADA improvements to existing asphalt parking areas and concrete sidewalks. A complete build out of the space was performed which included new restrooms, janitors closet, IT closet, banking office, breakroom, teller line and customer lobby. Finishes included, new floorings, ceilings, millwork, fixtures, furniture, bulletproof glass, storefront glazing and security system.
