Scope Of Work

New ground up healthcare center. Work included: removal of concrete pad, new stripped areas and signage, construction of concrete curbs, construction of retaining walls, construction of parking lot, construction of accessible stairs and/or ramps, construction of trash enclosure, new landscape and irrigation, construction of interior walls and interior partitions, wall and/or ceiling finishes, installation of ceiling, installation of accessible restrooms, installation of plumbing fixtures, installation of mechanical units, installation of new ductwork, registers, and diffusers, installation of electrical switchgear and/or sub-panels, installation of interior/exterior lights, installation of outlets and j-boxes, installation of restroom lighting and exhaust fan, and installation of fire sprinkler system.
