Scope Of Work

Provide General Contracting services for 6,800 SF Tenant Improvements on 4th floor of an occupied Class A building in La Jolla. This project consisted of demolition of existing walls, ceilings, floorings and finishes back to shell condition. Once demolition was complete we built out the space with offices, conference and IT rooms, high end finishes and electrical packages and frameless glass entry. All work was completed one week earlier than estimated and ready for owner occupancy.
