Scope Of Work
Phoenix, AZ | FCI Constructors has had the opportunity to work directly with American Airlines, US Airways, and Southwest Airlines to upgrade, improve, and create new spaces within Terminals 3 and 4. Working constantly with these airlines since 2011, we have specifically helped with rebranding projects, an Admiral’s Club, Credit Union, Apron expansion and Blast Fence relocation, small renovations, as well as employee space improvements, and hangar improvements. This busy airport maintains 24/7 Operations and provides little to no staging areas, so construction within these critical spaces require demising walls to conceal construction activities, security badging, and consistent communications with the airlines, airport staff, and subcontractors so there are no disruptions to airport operations or inconveniences to passengers.
