Scope Of Work
This project is a two building, five-story, Micro Apartment complex
featuring amenities such as a covered rooftop entertainment space,
retail space, and dining space. The apartment complex utilizes the
structure of the facility architecturally to add a modern feel to the
building, including exposing the 14” Post Tensioned 2nd-floor deck.
The first and second floors are primarily structural concrete; the
remaining levels are more traditional wood framed construction
with design features to keep the modern look while optimizing space.
The projected is located at 16th and Humboldt in Denver and is 9,000
square feet and a total of 97 apartment units. The complex includes
excellent views of the mountains and downtown.
