Scope Of Work
Preconstruction and construction services for the tenant improvement buildout of an 11,304 SF cold shell space within an existing three-story, Type II office building. W.E. O’Neil worked closely with the tenant, Southwest Value Partners, to create an exciting new space inclusive of 30 new offices, conference rooms, breakroom, and open office space. New electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire sprinklers, and fire alarm were completed utilizing a design-build delivery method.
