Scope Of Work
A 480 Unit Continuing Care Retirement Community including multiple buildings and large campus. The Residential Living Units Building consists of 326 Units of wood framed construction over a partial concrete podium and partial slab on grade. There is a structural steel Commons building which houses the majority of the amenity spaces including a commercial kitchen and dining facilities. A steel pool building which houses an indoor pool featuring a glass retractable roof, a two-story wood framed maintenance building. The Garden Terrace buildings are three-story wood framed structures on grade which includes 76 units. The Villas include 39 single story wood framed buildings and a total of 78 units. The site work includes multiple ponds, rock work, landscaping, carports, garages, and guardhouse.
