Scope Of Work
W.E. O’Neil is providing preconstruction services for the Los Angeles Premium Outlets (LAPO). LAPO is a brand new ground-up two-story mall building consisting of parking at grade level and retail shops and restaurants at the steel and concrete podium level. It sits on a high profile site along the 405 freeway in Carson, Calif. Phase 1 is approximately 460,000 SF with 82 retail tenants and Phase 2 is approximately 188,000 SF with 37 retail tenants. This project is being built on a former landfill. All underground utility work, earthwork, and foundation work will be by others.
