Scope Of Work
One million S.F. redevelopment of the old Children’s Memorial Hospital site in Lincoln Park. Development includes two 20-story apartment towers as well as retail and office buildings. 700 market-rate residential units, 140 senior housing units, 130 affordable housing units, 85,000 S.F. of retail, a new fitness club and an acre of green space with a plaza and fountain.
