Scope Of Work
Design-Build services were provided for the construction of the new Emich Volkswagen dealership. Site development and remediation were also provided. The dealership includes a showroom, service department, customer lounges, and staff offices. Emich VW is constructed on spread footings with exterior construction consisting of aluminum storefront and curtainwall systems and precast insulated panels in the service area.
