Scope Of Work
This Project is a ground up, 10,000 square foot City Hall building. The project features offices, council chambers, a break room, conference rooms, restrooms, equipment rooms, and meeting rooms. Construction work also included complete demolition of previous facility, over lot grading, parking lots, storm drainage, utility improvements such as water, sewer, electrical, communications, cable and gas.
