Scope Of Work
W.E. O’Neil has been selected for preconstruction and construction of a new Science Building on the Cal Lutheran campus in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
The proposed building is designed as a 47,000 SF, three-story, LEED Silver facility. The building will be structural steel framed, fully fire sprinklered, with stucco finish and brick tile veneer accents. The maximum height of the building is proposed to be an average of 52.6’ above finished grade. Space programming will include (11) teaching laboratories, (8) faculty research laboratories, (24) faculty offices, (2) lab technician offices and support spaces for laboratories.
The project is currently in preconstruction with an anticipated construction completion of early Spring 2020.
