Scope Of Work
W.E. O’Neil in under construction on this new retail (lifestyle center) located on the corner of 2nd and PCH in the City of Long Beach. The project’s currently being programmed for approximately 214,000 SF in six buildings with parking structures surrounding the property providing approximately 1,135 parking stalls. The project mirror’s CenterCal’s properties located in Utah, Idaho, and Oregon. The anchor tenant currently is Whole Foods. Our current scope of work is Core and Shell, with the possibility of TIs for future tenants.
