Scope Of Work
8-Auto Dispenser Canopy, 7-Truck Dispenser Canopy, 7-Underground Storage Tanks, the Reconstruction of approximately 500 linear feet of 32 Avenue, and a 4,600 square foot Convenience Store Constructed on a 5.23 acre site.
The Project included the use Perimeter Well Points at 5 feet on center, the use of Controlled Modulus Columns to stabilize the ground underneath the 2-Canopies, the 7-Underground Storage Tanks, and the Convenience Store and use of Cement Stabilization underneath all Pavement Areas.
