Scope Of Work

Complete interior and exterior remodel and modernization of an existing 4,000 SF McDonald’s Restaurant. Kitchen and drive-thru were operational during interior focus of the project. Exterior site work included concrete parking stalls and sidewalks for ADA compliance and replacement of antiquated outdoor drive thru menu elements with digital menu board screens.

EIFS and corrugated metal panel finishes wrapped the exterior of the building with the addition of a custom-cut trellis awning system, complete with modernized brand wall LED-illuminated signage atop Nichiha paneling. Interior systems included digital customer order boards and displays, multiple touch screen order kiosks and a refinished self-serve beverage station. Modernization of crew room and bathrooms was also completed.
