Scope Of Work
Complete interior and exterior modernization of an existing 5,500 SF McDonald’s Restaurant, while keeping the Kitchen and Drive Thru fully operational. Scope of work included a new playplace “toy”, a custom angled ceiling system, modern lighting and eye-catching furniture, remodeled restrooms, a refreshed beverage station, new touch screen order kiosks, a digital menu board wall, the neutralization of a mansard roof with new finishes including Nichiha, EIFS, and corrugated metal paneling, in addition to new building signage, new Drive Thru Menu Boards, and significant ADA work.
