Scope Of Work
Extensive interior remodel of an existing Chase Bank. Work was completed in phases to allow the bank to stay open for business during construction. Work included removing spline ceiling and replacing it with a new drop ceiling, lighting, flooring, furniture, new HVAC distribution system, baseboard heaters, new sprinkler standpipe, new BAS system for HVAC, and painted wall finishes throughout the entire 1st floor.
