Scope Of Work
New two-story 18,000 sq. ft. metal building design with a large elegant dining room and adjacent party room
Accommodates up to 300 guests
Exterior features include a culture stone face, EFIS quoins corners, drive through porte-cochere and a standing seam roof
Interior boasts a 30 ft. fireplace, faux painted walls, exotic concrete staining and elevator, security, and sound and video systems
Fully accessible kitchen with drive-in service area on the side of building
Nello performed site work, concrete, carpentry and provided value-engineering services through the design phase of the project, saving the client roughly $1.5 million
