Scope Of Work
New Construction of 2-story, 28,000 Sq. Ft. Classroom and Fellowship Addition
Renovation of Existing 22,300 Sq. Ft. Office and Worship Facility
Collaboration with the Owner, Architect and Subcontractors to build the best possible addition with the funds that were available
The Construction Team implemented many Value-Engineering solutions to bring this project within budget without compromising the quality and aesthetics
Upgrade of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Security Systems
Customized Millwork and Carpeting
Special Attention was taken to Match the Granite of the New Commons Entrance Area with the Original 1920's Facility
