Scope Of Work
This project involves the construction of a new 5,810 square foot ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Brandon, Florida.
The site involves clearing & grubbing, excavation, utilities, asphalt & concrete paving , concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, block & brick veneer masonry dumpster walls, and landscape & irrigation (Irrigation is design build).
The building includes concrete foundations, colored concrete slab, framed walls with stone, brick veneer, thin brick, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, shingles & membrane roof, insulation, storefront, doors & overhead doors, hardware materials from national account, tile on restroom walls & vinyl flooring, drywall, painting, HVAC, Fire Sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, and more.
