Scope Of Work
This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
The site involves demo, clearing & grubbing, excavation, utilities, concrete & asphalt paving, stamped concrete at front entrance, concrete curb & gutter, block retaining walls, concrete dumpster approach, concrete sidewalks, block and brick veneer masonry dumpster walls, bike racks, and landscape & irrigation.
The building includes concrete foundations, colored concrete slab, framed walls with stone, stucco, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, membrane roof, insulation, storefront, Overhead Doors, Etched Glass, Signage, Telephone & Data, Concrete Polishing, and Dumpster Gates (all from National Accounts), tile on restroom walls & tile flooring, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler (design build), electrical, and more.
