Scope Of Work
This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in South Parker, Colorado.
The site involves clearing & grubbing, excavation, utilities, concrete paving (reinforcing to include #4 bars 2 feet on center each way), concrete curbs, concrete dumpster approach, colored concrete sidewalks, block and brick veneer masonry dumpster walls, masonry sign base (see sign package), pavers, and landscape & irrigation.
The building includes concrete foundations, colored concrete slab, framed walls with stone, brick veneer, thin brick, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, shingles & membrane roof, insulation, storefront, doors & hardware (materials from national account), tile on restroom walls & vinyl flooring, drywall, painting, fire sprinkler (design build), HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
