Scope Of Work

     This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Mt. Dora, Florida. 

     The site involves clearing, grubbing, and tree removal, erosion control, excavation, several detention ponds, utilities, lift station, concrete and asphalt paving, stamped concrete at front entrance, concrete curbs, gutters & sidewalks, concrete dumpster pad and approach, block and brick veneer masonry dumpster walls and rear detention pond wall, bike racks, and landscape & irrigation.

     Addendums 21-1 to 5 & 22-1 to 3 must be included in your quote if applicable.

     The building includes concrete foundations, concrete slab, framed walls with stone, brick veneer, thin brick, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, shingle roof, insulation, storefront, Overhead Doors, Low Wall Glass Film, Signage, Telephone & Data, Concrete Epoxy Polishing, and Dumpster Gates are all from National Accounts, casework,tile on restroom walls & tile flooring, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
