Scope Of Work
This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Liberty Lake, Washington.
The site involves clearing & grubbing, excavation, utilities, concrete sidewalks & curbs, concrete dumpster approach, masonry dumpster walls, concrete paving, entry pavers, modular block, landscape & irrigation (Irrigation is design build).
The building includes concrete foundations, colored concrete slab, framed walls with stone and brick veneer masonry & precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, shingles & small EPDM roof, insulation, storefront, doors & hardware, vct, wood & tile flooring, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
