Scope Of Work

     This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Irmo, South Carolina. 

     The site involves clearing & grubbing, excavation, utilities, underground storm water chamber, wet well basin with grinder pump, concrete & asphalt paving, stamped concrete at front entrance, concrete curb & gutter, concrete dumpster approach, block and brick veneer masonry dumpster walls, and landscape & irrigation.

     The building includes concrete foundations, colored concrete slab, framed walls with stone, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, shingle roof and small membrane roof, insulation, storefront, Overhead Doors, Etched Glass, Signage, Telephone & Data, Concrete Polishing, and Dumpster Gates (all from National Accounts),tile on restroom walls & tile flooring, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler (design build), electrical, and more.
