Scope Of Work
This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Huntsville, Alabama.
The site involves clearing & grubbing, excavation, utilities, concrete & asphalt paving, concrete curbs, concrete dumpster approach, concrete sidewalks, block and brick veneer masonry dumpster walls and landscape & irrigation (irrigation plans to come).
The building includes concrete foundations, colored concrete slab, framed walls with stone, brick veneer, thin brick, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, shingle roof, insulation, storefront, overhead doors, doors & hardware, and Dumpster Gates (materials from national account), tile on restroom walls & tile flooring, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
