Scope Of Work
This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Fairfield, Ohio.
The site involves clearing, grubbing, erosion control, excavation, retaining wall utilities, fire line, concrete and asphalt paving, stamped concrete at front entrance, concrete curbs, sidewalks, concrete dumpster pad and approach, stone veneer masonry and brick dumpster walls, and landscape & irrigation (Irrigation is design build).
Addendums from 2020, 2021, and 2022 must be included in your quote if applicable. Also include the Bid Alternates if applicable.
The building includes concrete foundations, concrete slab, framed walls with stone, brick veneer, thin brick, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, shingle roof, insulation, storefront, casework,tile on restroom walls & tile flooring, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler (design build), electrical, and more.
Overhead Doors, Low Wall Glass Film, Signage, Telephone & Data, Concrete Epoxy Polishing, and Dumpster Gates are all from National Accounts.
