Scope Of Work
This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The site involves clearing & grubbing and a small amount of asphalt demolition, excavation, utilities, concrete & asphalt paving, concrete curbs and sidewalk, concrete dumpster approach, stamped concrete sidewalk (at building entrance), block and brick veneer masonry dumpster walls, retaining wall, bike rack, and landscape & irrigation.
The building includes concrete foundations, colored concrete slab, framed walls with stone, brick veneer, thin brick, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, standing seam roof, insulation, storefront, overhead doors, and Dumpster Gates (materials from national account), tile on restroom walls & tile flooring, drywall, painting, casework (includes Silestone Cemento top), HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
