Scope Of Work
This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Broomfield, Colorado.
The site involves clearing & grubbing, excavation, utilities, concrete paving , concrete curbs, concrete dumpster approach, concrete sidewalks, block and brick veneer masonry dumpster walls, fencing, masonry sign base (see sign package), and landscape & irrigation.
Landscape & Irrigation plans should be available soon. A revision/addendum will be sent out when the plans are available.
The building includes concrete foundations, colored concrete slab, framed walls with stone, brick veneer, thin brick, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, shingles & membrane roof, insulation, storefront, doors & hardware (materials from national account), tile on restroom walls & vinyl flooring, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
