The site involves clearing & grubbing, dry wells, excavation, utilities, concrete & asphalt paving, retaining wall, concrete sidewalks, curbs, concrete dumpster approach, masonry dumpster walls, pavers, modular block, landscape & irrigation.
The building includes concrete foundations, colored concrete slab, framed walls with stone and EIFS & precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, clay roof shingles & membrane roof, insulation, storefront, doors & hardware, tile & vinyl flooring, drywall, painting, fire sprinkler (design build), HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
