Scope Of Work
A&E Construction Co. was responsible for an addition and renovations to Princeton Mini. The completed facility occupies 26,000 SF on two floors. The project was completed in three phases and the dealership remained open during construction. Phase 1 involved constructing a 2,500 SF addition and renovations to the service area. Phase 2 included completion of service area and renovation of the showroom. Offices, restrooms and other common areas were renovated during Phase 3.
