Scope Of Work
A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the site work and construction of a new Carmax automotive dealership. Construction of the 44,700 SF single story CMU building included an aluminum composite panel system at entrances, sales / reception area, service area with 46 bays and a car wash. Improvements to the almost 17 acre site included an underground fuel storage tank, paving, retaining wall, guard rails and site lighting.
