Scope Of Work
This project consists of renovation of the 254,000sf 5-story Old Federal Courthouse in downtown Jacksonville. The renovation includes new windows, walls, ceilings, flooring, fire sprinkler systems, plumbing, fire alarm, electrical, HVAC and all the systems in order to provide for occupancy of the State Attorney’s Office.
