Scope Of Work
The new 476,000sf facility provides space for 3,500 students and a centralized location for 200 of the business school’s faculty and administrative staff. The building includes a three level, 200 space below-grade parking garage which, due to the below sea level elevation, required a state-of-the-art water retention system throughout the construction phase. Also, instructional spaces (classrooms, lecture halls and seminar rooms) a computer laboratory, a 30,000sf library and 300 seat state-of-the-art auditorium are located on the first 4 floors of this new building.
