DENCO has worked with the project management firm of HB&A since 2006 to provide construction management for the renovation, expansion, and new construction of nearly 40 Toyota and Lexus dealerships in 18 states. Over the course of our relationship, DENCO has brought consistent and timely service that supports the best interests of the Toyota Corporation.
Services include: Cashflow reviews (pay applications vs. actual progress); detailed monthly reports; regularly scheduled site visits; coordination of government approvals; budget and schedule reviews; Certificates of Occupancy
