Scope Of Work
The $10M Ortega Branch Library Renovation Project is part of the bond measure overwhelmingly passed Proposition D authorizing additional funding to improve the branches in November 2000. The work included demolition of the existing library facility and site furnishings; construction of a new one-story library facility with a “living roof”; and a new landscape site improvements. This project received a LEED performance rating of Silver Certification.
CPM provided CPM provides schedule analysis services to support the City and County of San Francisco management team.
