Carousel Development and Restoration, Inc. is a concrete restoration company specializing in, but not limited to, the repair, maintenance and structural restoration of high-rise condominiums, parking garages, recreational decks, historical buildings, railing fabrication and installation, impact windows and doors, painting & waterproofing and much more! 

Our Experience
 Carousel has a history dating back over four generations. Our key employees have in excess of 100 years combined experience, and 25 years experience or more individually.  Carousel has been headquarters in Delray Beach, Florida, since 1979.  We are qualified by two licensed Certified General Contractors, which offers additional protection to our Clients. 

Our Commitment
Carousel has successfully completed a substantial number of condominiums, government, industrial, and institutional restoration projects in Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, Broward and all throughout Florida. Through our commitment to our Clients, our product knowledge, and our personnel training, Carousel has proudly become one of South Florida’s largest Structural Restoration Contractors.
